I moved from Michigan in 2021 and initially built a Pulte home in a different community. While we enjoyed our time there, Verdana Village is a much better fit for my family. I have two boys and they absolutely love the indoor basketball and pickleball courts! We built a Lennar Summerville II and it fits our family of 4 (and a few guests from time to time) just perfectly! Resort-style living is new to us since up north places like Michigan, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Connecticut don't have these sorts of developments! I love having a resort-style pool paired with a cafe that caters to its residents by serving food and drinks poolside! I also love that my kiddos have so much to do with sports camps and classes that are exclusive to Verdana Village residents.
I know what it takes to ensure the buyer is comfortable with their long-distance purchase because I have been through a new build experience twice! You need someone who is a great communicator, pays attention to detail, and provides unexpected customer service.

Resort-style living is similar to a lifelong vacation! The amenities you have at Verdana Village in Estero, Florida are what you would see at a luxury vacation resort. You can easily wake up and enjoy an early morning workout, time at the pool, a little lunch, a game of pickleball, and a cocktail at the lounge.
All of this without ever leaving the community!

The first thing we will do is decide what type of home you need to accommodate your family. Through a discovery call, we will be able to determine your price point, needs, wants, purchase timeline, and expectations. I will also share with you any builder promotions, upcoming listings, and current listings. You will leave the call with a clear understanding of what the next steps are and become one step closer to living a "resort-style" lifestyle!
The timeline is a little different with each builder, but on average the time to complete a new build is typically 9 months. Keep in mind that upgrades, material shortages, hurricanes, and other natural disasters or pandemics can cause delays. Lennar homes do not offer many upgrades so the process is a little shorter. Pulte offers many structural and cosmetic upgrades and has a longer timeline. Throughout the process, I will provide updates and images so you are able to monitor the progress and get excited about closing day!
After your home is completed your builder will schedule a final walk-through. You can have someone do this for you if you are not able to be there at the requested time, but make sure it is someone you trust and that pays attention to detail. During the walk-through, you are able to request updates on items in the home that do not meet your expectations. The builder will take note of this and make the changes necessary to make your home satisfactory. You may close before all of the updates are completed, but rest assured they will get done if they were noted during the walk-through. Your final step is the closing day! This is where your dream of resort-style living becomes a reality! Congratulations!
